Exchange Policy

  • If you have any queries regarding the product or wish to request an exchange, please raise the query within 2 days of receiving the product. Queries must be sent from your registered email ID to our WhatsApp number or our support email.

    Exchange Policy:

    • We offer a 2 day exchange window from the date of delivery.

    • Please note that we do not provide reverse pickup services. You will need to send the product back to us at the address below.

    • Ensure that the product is Exchange in the same condition it was shipped. If the product is returned damaged or visibly used, a Exchange will not be provided.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Once an exchange is processed and the product is delivered, no further exchanges will be allowed for that order.

    • Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
